Sex and Relationship Therapy
I am a Sexologist (NZROT, PGDip SXLGY) based in Taranaki, Aotearoa/New Zealand. I provide online talking therapy and coaching sessions, specifically focused on relationship and sex-related issues for individuals, couples and those in consensual non-monogamy relationships (this is not physical or touch based therapy),
Perimenopause Workshop
This in-person 2.5-hour workshop is delivered in an informal small-group format. It includes a 2-hour informative presentation followed by 30 minutes of reflections and sharing. Refreshments and educational resources are provided. There is the chance to ask your questions, share your stories, and meet others with a similar experience.
A CELEBRATION DAY WORKSHOP
An in-person Celebration Day workshop prepares your 10-12-year-old for a positive start to their menstrual cycle and supports your connection with them as they navigate these changes. Along with their Mum/Ren+/Whānau/Aunty/Carer, this workshop nurtures connection, normalisation and openness through practical and positive information, stories and fun activities.
With the intention to overturn secrecy and shame this workshop is designed to inspire curiosity, wonder and appreciation of the changes of puberty and the onset of menstruation.
A TINY SEED OF WISDOM BOOK
A Tiny Seed of Wisdom is a beautifully illustrated fiction story following the life of Stella. It will appeal to the younger reader who can appreciate the stunning illustrations, through to, the pre-teen who will find the story a comforting accompaniment as they journey through puberty. Parents and pre-teens together will enjoy the beautiful experience of sharing this gentle story’s exploration of growing up. Available in both English and Spanish.
FATHERS/REN+ CELEBRATING DAUGHTERS/YOUNG PEOPLE
An in-person 2-hour workshop for Fathers/Ren+ of daughters/young people. Fathers/Ren+ have a special and important role to play as their child metamorphose from; children through puberty and into menstruating young people. Are you ready? Are you overwhelmed? Or are you sailing through? Expect a lively and enlightening discussion with many great tips and ideas, for fathers/ren+ wishing to open and maintain conversations with their daughters/young people.
WorkCycle Workshop
3 different in-person workshops for menstrual and menopausal wellbeing education in the workplace. Menstrual Wellbeing at Work, Menopause Wellbeing at Work, Menopause Conversations at Work. Founded in Australia as an initiative of She Listens, the Chalice Foundation – Australia, (independent sister foundation to Chalice Foundation Aotearoa Trust), and The Dugdale Trust for Women & Girls, the harm-prevention entity of the Victorian Women’s Trust. Available for delivery in the North and South Island, Aotearoa, New Zealand.
