Appointment confirmation
Thank you for your appointment booking. You should recieve an email confirmation and Zoom link. Please forward the email to your partner/s (and/or support person) if you are attending therapy together but will be on seperate devices. If you need support setting up Zoom please be in contact with me prior to the appointment.
Please contact me if the link does not arrive (please also check your spam box in email).
If you chose to pay after the session, please note: Payment can be made to ASB, Angela ROBERTS, 12-3638-0709792-00. $145 incl gst for 50 min session, $190 incl gst for 65 min couples session, $260 incl gst of 90 min session. If you require an invoice, please request one at the time of the session.

Rescheduling or cancelling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please phone or text on 027 3562 600, or email nzangelaroberts@gmail.com
If you are unable to make an appointment please advise as soon as reasonably possible, with 48 business hours notice, and we will reschedule.
For Taranaki Primary Connections funded sessions please note if you choose to not attend an appointment more than once without informing the therapist your therapy will be terminated. Furthermore, you are not able to access this free service for a further 6 months.
For privately paying people:
- a no show to an appointment, with no notification will result in a $45 fee.
- a cancellation fee of $45 will apply if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment.
