Cancellation Policy
Workshop Cancellation Policy
- Your place in a workshop is not reserved until paid up in full.
- Full payment must be made before any workshop starts. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the venue if fees are not paid in full.
- Cancellations are only accepted in writing up until 48 hours prior to the workshop and will qualify for a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. There will be no refund within the 48 hours prior to the workshop.
- You are welcome to give or sell your place to someone else. Please advise us of the details change and ensure the new participant registers for the workshop.
- If we have to cancel a workshop for any reason (e.g., illness, government directive), we will endeavour to reschedule it if possible or issue a full refund.
- We require a minimum number of participants for a workshop to proceed. We reserve the right to cancel with a full refund if the minimum is not met.
- While we will take all reasonable precautions and measures to ensure your safety and enjoyment of our workshops, by participating in any of our workshops, you indemnify the owners and directors from any liability towards injury or loss of property.
